CUET to be conducted twice a year from 2023

CUET is an entrance exam which is important to get admission in various courses offered by central universities across India. CUET is a joint entrance exam conducted by 14 central universities in which students can get seats in UG, PG and integrated courses. In terms of difficulty level, Central University Common Entrance Test is easy to moderate.


The Common University Entrance Test, CUET, will be conducted twice a year commencing in the academic session 2023. As per the sources, the CUET exam will become a two-time opportunity for the students aspiring to take the exam for UG admission in central universities and Other Universities in India.


CUET will no longer be limited to only central universities but will also be limited to some leading private universities which had indicated that they would like to appear on the board to use CUET scores for UG admissions.

NTA is now planning to conduct the CUET twice to give hope and more opportunities to the students. NTA is yet to clarify what changes can be expected in CUET from next year; However, the exam will still be based on the Class 12 syllabus
