• Remember ways you’ve stayed calm in the past – Think about the things that you used in the past that helped you to stay calm like playing musical instruments, listening to music, talking to family members.
• Create a new routine -Think about creating a new routine, whether it’s games or watching certain television shows, try some creative and interesting types of things that would be fun and unique.
• Be present and take life one day at a time – Each day is a unique day, take one day at a time, be very present in that day and make it the best possible day it can be, and tomorrow creativity takes over and make it entirely new day.
